department includes customer service and logistics. Our goals are
simple:

• Customer Responsiveness

Improvement:
We regularly seek out
opportunities to improve the order fulfillment process. Periodic
customer surveys provide valuable feedback
that helps us focus our efforts. One practice that has resulted
from our customer feedback efforts is Advanced
Shipping Notice (ASN). Via fax, ASN forms are being provided announcing
actual order shipment.
Lead Time
Policy:
Stock items include
all Resale matches - advertising & nonadvertising. Orders including
only stock items will be delivered on or after
14 days. Private Label or Custom Matches will be delivered
within 21 days. Please allow 21 days from order date when
issuing a purchase order.
